Peanut Butter Cookies

As usual, I found myself with too much free time and no idea what to do. So, I started reorganizing the kitchen and ended up baking some cookies. My life is so difficult.
Found this recipe right here.

SOOOOOOOOO..............

...I've kinda been lazy with blogging. Well, I have been occupied with finals and such so I think that is a good enough excuse for lame posts.

BUT... Here is another lame post. There will be some entertaining ones soon (believe me!)

ANOTHER SNOW PIC! This one is of the alley I live in. The snow kind of gives our dark alley a really warm feeling.
AND
...PUMPKIN FUDGE! I made it for a holiday party I went to last night. It was a hit for sure. Thank you Smart Cookie.

The First of Many Holiday Parties

So, my roommate wanted to have his Alaska friends over for dinner. I thought this would be boring because of the fact that I wasn't part of the trip. So I decided to have us all bake desserts and have a bake off.
These treats were our dishes. Pumpkin spice fudge cookies with banana slices along side chocolate pumpkin pie with a graham cracker crust.
Good people, food, and atmosphere. GO HOLIDAY PARTIES!

Let's Just Say this is a Dessert.

Coffee cake with cinnamon streusel and orange sugar glaze.
The perfect recipe for procrastinating on a research paper.

My First Chocolate Chip Cookies

In the past four weeks I have baked dozens of different cookies, muffins and other tasty things for friends and the logging team. I finally decided to try the standard chocolate chip cookie recipe from Never Bashful With Butter.
They turned out thinner than I expected but they are UBER tasty.

Thank you again Never Bashful With Butter.

Apple Sauce and Pecan Spice Cake

So I finally motivated to try some baking from scratch.
I put chocolate chips in the second batch and it turned out even tastier. I found this recipe along and plenty more at Never Bashful With Butter.

Delightful!
